تكاد كل بلدة إسبانية تحتفل بعيد شفيعها، وبعض هذه الأعياد صار معروفًا في العالم كله. وتواريخها يحددها في الأكثر تقويم الكنيسة أو عُرف محلي قديم، وتنظّمها البلدات نفسها: جمعيات الأحياء في بلنسية، ومجالس المدن في بامبلونا وبونيول.
