كثير من أكبر أعياد البلاد تكرّم «سانتو نينيو»، صورة الطفل يسوع التي جُلبت إلى سيبو عام 1521، وتجمع التقوى الكاثوليكية برقص الشوارع والطبول والأزياء المتقنة. ويقع سينولوغ في سيبو وأتي-أتيهان في كاليبو كلاهما في الأحد الثالث من كانون الثاني.
وأعياد أخرى تحتفل بالحصاد أو بروح البلدة: فباهياس في لوكبان يزيّن البيوت بمحصول الأرض في عيد القديس إيزيدور الفلاح، شفيع المزارعين، وماسكارا في باكولود أُنشئ عام 1980 لينهض بالمدينة في أوقات صعبة.
